Grilled Greek Gyro Sliders

These sliders have all the flavor of the full size version...just smaller!  Plus they are great made on the grill so they will fit into any BBQ menu :)  Use any ground meats you prefer, although it is best with the addition of some ground lamb or pork.

You'll Need:
  • 1 lb ground meat (beef, pork, lamb, turkey or chicken - use a mixture of any)
  • 3 tsp fresh oregano, chopped
  • 2 - 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3 tbl finely diced onion
  • salt & pepper
Mix all ingredients well and form into 8 - 10 small patties.  Grill on a medium flame for only about 2 - 3 minutes per side (since they are small they will cook up quicker).  Top with tzatziki sauce, sliced onion and feta and serve with mini buns or on top of a fresh salad.
