These delicious little crispers are heaven. Pure heaven.

You'll Need:
- 1 Tbsp ground ginger
- 1/4 cup ground macadamia nuts
- 1/4 cup ground almonds
- 2 cups Basic Batter (below)
- 4 Tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 1/2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
- Oil for frying
- 1 very large yellow or Vidalia onion, cut and separated into 3/4 inch rings
Batter:
1 cup self rising flour
1 cup milk (you can also use beer)
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp ground white pepper
1 tsp salt
Serve with a cool, dip like Ranch :)
