I love the combination of chocolate with a hit of cinnamon. The addition of cinnamon chips to these cocoa cookies adds just the right amount of spice. They are moist and fluffy and oh so delicious!

Ingredients:
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 bag cinnamon chips
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Combine the butter and sugars and cream together with a mixer. Slowly add in the eggs and vanilla until combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix the flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt and cinnamon and whisk until incorporated. Slowly add dry ingredients into the wet and mix. Once mixture is combined add in the cinnamon chips.
- Scoop out cookies about the size of a tablespoon and place onto prepared baking sheet. Bake about 15 minutes.
