Wings Your Way - 4 Dipping Sauces

For me, wings are a staple for a football party.  Although I love them all, buffalo wings are always my go to.  But there always seems to be someone in the crowd that isn't a fan of the spiciness of a buffalo wing.  It seems everyone has their own taste when it comes to their wings.  Here is a great way for people to take control of their wings and use a dipping sauce that suits their taste!

Bake wings on prepared baking sheet at 350 degrees for 30 - 45 minutes or until skin looks crispy.  Serve wings with these dipping sauces on the side!

Teriyaki Dipping Sauce
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 4 tbl brown sugar
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 4 tsp cornstarch
  • 4 tbl water
Heat all ingredients except cornstarch and water in a small sauce pan.  In a small bowl mix the cornstarch and water and add to the sauce pan.  Whisk on medium heat until sauce thickens.

Thai Dipping Sauce
  • 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 4 tbl lime juice
  • 1 tbl soy sauce
  • 1 tbl fish sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup water
Mix all ingredients together until combined.

Cilantro Lime Dipping Sauce
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 4 tbl olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • red pepper flakes (optional)
Whisk all ingredients together until combined.

Buffalo Wing Dipping Sauce
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1/4 cup Franks hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese
Place all ingredients except 1/4 cup blue cheese into a microwave safe bowl and heat for 1 - 2 minutes or until cream cheese has melted.  Remove from microwave and stir in remaining 1/4 cup blue cheese.
