Ingredients:
  • 1 (2 crust) package of refrigerated pie crust
  • 2 cups leftover turkey, cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 cups leftover vegetables
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 2 1/2 cups gravy
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  In a large bowl combine all ingredients except pie crust and mix until everything is coated in the gravy.  Place bottom of crust into pie plate and press around the edges.  Pour turkey mixture over crust.  Place remaining crust over the top and seal the edges.  Cut a few small slits into the top of the crust for ventilation.  Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
