Apple Pie Dipped Apples

Try this twist on traditional caramel apples, tripled dipped in goodness! With all the layers, they ended up being the perfect size to share.

What you'll need:

Apples
Wooden Sticks
~1 lb Caramels
~1 lb White Melting Chocolate
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 cup fine graham cracker crumbs

1. Melt caramels in microwave {stirring frequently to prevent hot spots}, dip apples and set them on wax paper till they are firm.

2. In a double boiler, melt white chocolate. In a separate bowl combine brown sugar, cinnamon and graham crumbs and set aside. When chocolate is melted, apply layer over caramel, leaving some of the caramel still visible at the top. Immediately roll bottom half of the apple in brown sugar mixture. Set on tray to completely firm up. Store in a sealed dry container, at room temperature.
