Oven Baked French Fries that taste Deep Fried!

Deep frying is usually the 'only' way to get crispy, delicious, homemade french fries...until now! This recipe is fool proof, and yields the crispiest, best fries at home. Try it out!

  1. This is a recipe that my mom-in-law taught me about 35 years ago. Only she simply had me cut the potato into halves and put the skin side up. That way you only need to grease the pan. Much better than McD's hashbrowns and about the same size! Thanks for sharing this :).

  2. Made this last night along with the Onion Soup (we had steak). These are wonderful and worth the extra effort. Easy to be heavy handed with the kosher salt. So practice restraint. Better than the best pub fries ever. Thanks Sizza!
