Ingredients:

  • 40 marshmallows
  • 2 tbl vanilla
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 pt whipping cream
  1. Place marshmallows and milk over a double boiler and heat until melted.  Remove from heat and add vanilla and allow to cool completely.  Refrigerate for approximately 20 - 30 minutes or until slightly thickened.
  2. Whip the whipping cream until soft peaks begin to form.  Gently fold in the whipped cream until combined and the mixture is thick.  Freeze until desired consistency.
Top with hot fudge, nuts, crushed graham cracker, chocolate chips and mini marshmallows!  If desired, you can fold in any of these toppings into the ice cream at the time you fold in the whipped cream :)
