Ever gone to a restaurant and had a salad served in a fancy taco bowl? I made these last night and making them at home was so simple! They are a mini version of those big fried shells you get in restaurants. What I love about them is that you can fill them with anything from meat to salad. I filled mine with Barbacoa Pork ( a must try) but fill your with anything you like.
- Flour tortillas
- Cooking spray
- Muffin tin
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Microwave 4 tortillas at a time on high for 30 seconds. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray and gently press the tortilla in the tin carefully folding the edges as you go. Spray the tortilla with cooking spray and bake 10 minutes or until brown and crispy.
