1 pkg. (8 oz.) Cream Cheese, softened
1 pkg. (16.6 oz.) OREO Cookies, finely crushed (about 4-1/4 cups), divided
Semi-sweet or Milk Chocolate, melted
Make It:
Mix cream cheese and 3 cups cookie crumbs until well blended.
Shape into 48 (1-inch) balls. Place on a cookie sheet and put into the fridge or frezzer till firm.
Spear with cake-pop- stick and dip in melted chocolate; place on waxed paper-covered baking sheet. Sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs, if desired.
Refrigerate till chocolate is firm and store in a tightly covered container (in refrigerator, in warmer months.)

I still have some of mine too!! They still taste just as good, despite having been in the freezer since December! And they are so simple to make!
