You'll Need:
- 6 oz plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk (soy, coconut or almond milk will work too)
- 1 tbl lime juice
- 1 tbl honey
- 1 cucumber, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh fruit (whatever you have on hand)
- 2-4 mint leaves (optional)
- 1 tbl chia seed (optional)
