Beer Glazed Wings

These wings could be made in a large pan, in the oven, or wrapped in aluminum foil over the grill/fire. They are so good you will end up licking your fingers and wishing you made 2 batches!

For every 4 lbs. of frozen chicken wings, add:
  • 1 can of beer
  • 1 bottle of soy sauce
  • 1 large red onion, cut into slices
  • 2 lemons, quartered
  • Scallions (optional)
Bake at 350F for approx 45- 60 minutes, stirring occasionally, till they are browned on all sides.
Top with scallions, if desired...
