Candy Cane Brownies with Grasshopper Frosting

Grasshopper pie is one of my favorite desserts. Here is a holiday twist on grasshopper brownies...with crushed Andes candies and Candy canes on top! Perfect for your next holiday party...


You'll Need:

You favorite Brownie Mix
1 box Andes candies, unwrappped
4 Candy canes
Vanilla Frosting
1 Tbs Mint Extract
Green food coloring (optional)


  1. Bake brownies as directed on box.
  2. Let cool completely.
  3. Meanwhile, mix 1 tbs mint extract and 3 drops green food coloring with white frosting.
  4. Frost brownies
  5. Dice up Andes candies, as well as candy canes and sprinkle on top.
  6. Using large clean knife, cut into individual sqaures and place in cupcake tins.
  7. These are delicious room temp as well as refrigerated!
