If you're planning a little cooking on the grill today or tonight, this is a great way to serve your steak tips. This would also be a great appetizer for a warmer weather cookout. I love fresh tomatoes from the garden, so unfortunately the supermarket ones won't compare, however fresh mozzarella can be found year round.
Simply grill steak tips, then skewer them along with the cherry tomatoes and pieces of fresh mozzarella. A great addition would be a sprinkling of fresh chopped basil!
