Creamy Cucumber Salad with Dill

This salad is a refreshing summer salad that can be enjoyed all year long. It's a great compliment to a warm steak or chicken breast! I merged two recipes to make this one. It's so delicious :)

You'll Need:
4 cucumbers, thinly sliced
2 tablespoon chopped fresh dill, or to taste
1 small white onion, finely chopped
3 tbsp. sour cream whisked with 3 tbs of White Vinegar
1 tsp cracked pepper

Directions:
Toss together the cucumbers and onion in a large bowl. Gently toss in the sour cream mixture, then srir in pepper and dill, cover, and refrigerate until cold. This can also be eaten at room temperature, but be sure to allow the cucumbers to marinate for at least 1 hour

What are you favorite summer recipes? Never to early to dream of grillin'!
