New Years Eve Cone Hats!
These were in FamilyFun magazine, and I thought they would be cute for all of you spending your new years eve's with your little ones :)

cute party hats. I am going to try them on top of a scoop of icecream and put eyes and nose with m&m's on the icecream as a face - kind of like Friendly's conehead sundae.
