Kitchen Quick Tip for Pizza Dough!

Like to make pizza dough or bread at home but hate the clean up?  The residual flour seems to get everywhere, all over the floor and is tracked through out the house by someone - your dog, your kiddos or yourself.  Well next time do your dough on the counter above the dish washer.  When cleaning up, open up the dish washer to catch the flour that misses your hand.  WaLa!  No flour mess on the floor!

Also, this is a great way to get your dough to rise fast!  Run your dishwasher and keep the dough on the counter top above.  The heat from the dishwasher will be the perfect temperature for your dough to rise!

Pizza Dough
1 1/2 c warm water
2 tsp yeast
1 tsp sugar
3 1/2 c flour
1 tsp salt
1 tbl olive oil

Let water and yeast sit for 5 minutes.  Add to the rest of the ingredients and mix until dough forms a ball (may need to add a bit more flour).  Place ball of dough on floured surface above your dish washer and knead until no longer sticky, adding more flour as needed.  Let sit until needed or use right away.
