Individual Reeses Brownie Pies

This pie is for Reeses lovers. They are individual pies that will melt in your mouth and cure all of your chocolate cravings! If you are looking for mini pie pans, check the baking isle of your local grocery store for aluminum re-usable ones, or check out these for sale on Amazon.

You'll Need:

  • Pillsbury Pie Crust (roll out, cut into smaller circles to fit your mini pie pans - using rim of a glass)
  • Miniature pie pans
  • Brownie Mix ( + oil and eggs)
  • Chopped bite size Reese Cups
  • Hot fudge to drizzle (I like Mrs. Richardson's)

Directions:

  1. Form pie crust in mini pie pans
  2. Place about 1 tbs of crushed Reeses cups on bottom
  3. Make brownie mix as directed, and pour 1/2 cup batter in each pie (on top of Reeses crumbles)
  4. Bake for 15 minutes st 350, checking center with a fork, and make sure it comes out clean
  5. Top pie with remaining Reeses crumbles and drizzle with hot fudge (or chocolate syrup)
  6. Indulge in the heavenly goodness!
