Ham & Cheddar Dip ~ for the Crockpot

What's better than a crock pot dip- It's quick, easy & by the time you eat it, you've already envisioned how tasty it will be from the aroma coming from the slow cooker!


Ingredients:

10 ¼ oz dry au gratin potato mix
1 small drained can artichoke hearts, chopped
2 cups diced {small} cooked ham
1 small onion, finely diced

3 cups water
10 ¾ oz can condensed cheddar cheese soup
 

Nonstick cooking spray, as needed 
Shredded cheddar cheese, about 8 oz.

Directions:
 
You will need a 3 ½ or 4 quart size crock pot to make this ham and artichoke au gratin dip recipe.

1. Coat the inside of it with nonstick cooking spray. Add the potatoes from the au gratin potato mix to the slow cooker, along with the contents of the seasoning packets, the artichokes, and ham.

2. Stir the soup and water together in a bowl, and then pour this into the crock pot.
Cover and cook for 7 to 8 hours on low.

3. Transfer to a oven safe dish(es), sprinkle with shredded cheese and broil till lightly browned.
