Miniature Doughnuts for Santa's Elves

This year when you leave Santa his cookies, you can leave a little box of these adorable mini- doughnuts for his elves. The kids will have a blast making these for their special friends...



You'll Need:
  • Cheerios
  • Powered Sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • Honey
  • Chocolate Frosting (tiny bit) or Nutella spread
  • Rainbow sprinkles (the small round ones)
  • A small jewelry box or matchbox for wrapping
  • Wax paper

Directions:
For Plain doughnuts: Dip in Cinnamon
For Powdered doughtnuts: Coat with honey, then powered sugar
For Sprinkled: add small amount of chocolate frosting or Nutella, then dip into sprinkles

  4. i don't get the "plain doughnut". You said "dip in cinnamon"....how does it stick to the cheerios? I just LOVE this idea....gonna make me some, soon as I get an answer!

  5. Hi Beachit, the cinnamon serves as just a dusting for darker coloring, you'll be surprised that it does stick!
