Don't spend money on fancy bottled balsamic glaze...make your own! It is delicious and so versatile. Use it to dress up any dish or just to add flavor.

- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
Here are some uses for the glaze:
- Over any meat
- Over any seafood
- Drizzle on top of pizza with some prosciutto & arugula
- On top of strawberries
- Enhance the flavor of roasted veggies
