Oreo Christmas Mice with Chocolate Dipped Cherries

These are going to be so much fun to make with your kids this year for the holidays...

You'll Need:

Oreos
Hershey's Kisses
Red, green, white and black tubes of frosting (fine tip)
Cherries (maraschino work well)
Sliced almonds

Directions

1. Carefully twist Oreos in half so that frosting stays on one side.
2. Melt 1/2 of the bag of kisses in microwave in 15 second intervals.
3. Dip cherries in and place on 1/2 of Oreo so that tail (stem) hangs off.
4. Use a small dollop of melted chocolate to ahdere a kiss to the front (for the head of mouse). 
5. Gently press two slices of the sliced almonds for ears.
6. Dot white & black eyes, and a red nose.
7. When completely dry, decorate a small holly leaf pattern near neck (using photo for guide).
