White Chocolate Dipped Strawberry Ghosts

I can't believe Halloween is only 3 weeks away, this month is flying by. Before it's too late, you have to try these little ghosts!

You'll Need:
Fresh Strawberries, washed and stem removed
White chocolate chips for melting
Black icing
Wax Paper

Directions:
Melt white chocolate chips 20 seconds at a time in microwave, stirring, and making sure to not burn.
Dip strawberry into white chocolate and place stem side down onto wax paper.
Repeat for all of the strawberries, and let cool.
Create ghost eyes and mouth with black icing.
They taste really good refrigerated!
