So-Simple Apple Squares

Nothing says Fall like baking with apples... these squares are super crumbly and moist.

Ingredients:
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

2 c. peeled and finely sliced apples ~ Macintosh is best for this recipe.

Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients. In a separate bowl combine remaining  dry ingredients and add to wet mixture all at once.

2.  Fold in sliced apples. Lightly spray a 13" x 9" pan with cooking spray and pour mixture into pan.

3. Bake for approx. 40 minutes in a pre-heated 350*F oven.

  1. These look so good! Think I might make them today, subbing here and there to try to make them a bit healthier. Thanks!
