Home Canning 101, from the Pros

I am not going to let this summer go by without canning fresh the veggies and fruits that only taste this good this time of year. Lucy has been canning for years, and I gotta give it a try.


I have been looking for informative websites on the subject and found that MotherEarthNews.com is a great one. If you are also interested, it's worth the read.
