Basic Pizza Dough

Pizza Dough
1 1/2 cups bread flour
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp yeast
1 1/2 cup warm water
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbl olive oil

Mix yeast, water and sugar allowing to proof for 5-10 minutes (it will become frothy). While yeast is proofing measure out the flour and add the salt into the bowl with the flour.  Once yeast has become frothy add into the bowl of flour and add in your olive oil.  Mix until dough is well incorporated (may still be quite sticky).  Pour dough onto floured surface and add in small amounts of flour as you knead.  Continue until dough has become smooth (about 7 minutes).  Place in a warm place and cover with a kitchen towl and allow to rise for about 1 hour.
